This process was relatively straight forward! I made three identical domed units, however the one in the middle of the sprew has a hole in it for the heat sensitive material. Casting a unit with a hole will make the assembly of the earrings after casting much quicker and more accurate. each unit on the sprew is simply made out of one large and small dome soldered together.
At this stage I was worrying about the simplicity of my design, was it too simple?! However, I’m glad I decided not to add any extra detailing because I think this looks much more slick and high quality.
